With this integration, admins can sync their employee demographic and benefits deductions in real-time. This allows the benefits admin to understand additional configuration details of their group plans. This helps them feel more empowered and can explain the system behavior to their employees. We are working on adding more benefit details that will be visible to the Benefits admin in the coming releases.
Voluntary plans have a variety of rules that need to be supported and often vary from one carrier to another with subtle changes.
Age calculation support for rates and age reduction that apply towards voluntary plans. These includes beginning/end of plan year/month, current age or a fixed date.
