  1. Does Flock offer a free trial? What’s the time period?

    We do not offer a free trial. However, we would be happy to do multiple demos as needed and also provide a sandbox environment if needed.

  2. How does the Flock pricing work?

    Our pricing is based on a per employee per month (PEPM) basis, and it depends on the module you are interested in. For Brokers, we also offer flat annual pricing plans.

  3. What form of payments do you accept?

    We accept checks, credit, and ACH.

  4. How does the billing cycle work for Flock?

    We offer monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles. Appropriate discounts are applicable to quarterly and annual billing cycles.

  5. Am I eligible for a discount, if I go for a full package?

    Yes, pricing can be discussed on an individual client to client basis, depending on the module purchased.

  6. What type of support comes with Flock’s HRIS & Benefits package?

    We offer online and telephone support. Our support library and documentation is also very robust and most questions can be found there.
