1. Introduction

Flock is a unified technology platform that provides a complete HR, Benefits Administration and Compliance solution. Flock provides a paperless and automated system required to onboard and continuously manage employees. The platform limits risks and liability; and makes it easier for HR and insurance brokers to be the strategic drivers and champions for their business counterparts.

This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Flock IS, Inc (“Flock”, “we”, “our” or “us”) on the collection, use and disclosure of your information on www.helloflock.com (the “Site”), in connection with the services, features, content or applications we offer (collectively with the Site, the “Services”). When you use the Services, you are consenting to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. In some instances, the use of information collected through our Services shall be limited to the purpose of providing the services to you.

This policy is intended to apply to all users of our Services – including Brokers, Employers and Employees.

2. What does this Privacy Policy cover?

This Privacy Policy covers the treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) gathered when a business or individual uses or accesses the Services and our Mobile App. This Privacy Policy also covers our treatment of any Personal Information that our clients (e.g. a broker or an employer) share with us or that we share with businesses with which we work.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including but not limited to any third party websites, services and applications (“Third Party Services”) that you elect to access through the Service or to individuals that we do not manage and employ. While we attempt to facilitate access only to those Third Party Services that share our respect for your privacy, we do not take responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those Third Party Services. 3. Information we collect about you

The information we gather enables us to personalize, improve and continue to operate the Services. In connection with certain aspects of the Services, we may request and collect some of your Personal Information. We collect the following types of information from users of our Services: Information Provided By You, Cookies, Information Collected Using Log Files, and Aggregate Information.

When acting as a service provider, Flock collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.

9. Do not continue to provide my information

When acting as a service provider, we collect information for our Clients. If you interact with one of our Clients and would no longer like to have your Personal Information provided by us to that Client, please contact the Client directly or us at support@helloflock.com

10. Access to personal information controlled by our clients

When acting as a service provider, Flock has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the applicable Client (the data controller). If the Client requests Flock to remove the data, we will respond to the request within 30 business days.

11. Single Sign-On

You can log in to Our Services using sign-in services such as Log in With Google or an Open ID provider. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain Personal Information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign-up form.

12. Blog and Testimonials

Our website offers publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. When acting as a service provider, Flock only collects information under the direction of its Clients. The Client Agreement governs the delivery, access, and use of the Services, including the processing of Personal Information and data submitted through Services accounts. The Client (e.g., your employer) controls their Platform and any associated client data. If you have any questions about specific Platform settings, the processing of Personal Information in the Platform, or its privacy practices, please contact the Client administrator of the Platform you use.

14. How and with whom, is my information shared?

  i. Third party services

  At times, you may be able to access other Third Party Services through the Services, for example by clicking on links to   those Third Party Services from within the Site. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of the.   providers of these Third Party Services, and you are responsible for reading and understanding those providers’ privacy.   policies. 16. Opt-In/Opt-Out choices

Our users are given the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications not directly related to our site. For example, we may survey our users for information about their use of our site and services or about their interest in possible new products and service enhancements.
