BCS (FM) wanted to implement a cost-effective and competent HRIS and benefits platform to streamline Onboarding and Benefits enrollment for their employees. There was a need to transition to a central platform that could combine onboarding, HR, and Benefits administration processes together. They wanted to reduce several hours of handling paperwork and other manual processes, so Flock was the ideal tool to automate their routine tasks through the employee portal for the BCS (FM) workforce.
The implementation of the Flock system at BCS (FM) was a seamless process, thanks to its proactive customer support team. Moreover, onboarding employees through the Flock system is an amazing experience. Right from building offer letter templates (with the custom field inputs) for candidates to set up varied tasks and workflows for the new hires, the process is flawless!
In addition, our employee’s benefits enrollment is a breeze utilizing the Flock-Colonial Life integration. Our employees can enroll in both core and voluntary benefits simply and effectively. Their enrollments are captured in real time and the benefits confirmation statement is a great way to recap all of their selections.
The polling and broadcast feature in Flock’s HRIS module has been a great addition for us, it has helped us in actively engaging with our employees as well as remote employees. All we need to do is send out a message and it pushes to the employee’s inbox. Additionally, the Time-Off feature has been working very well, our employees find it very convenient to apply for time off, look through the company calendar, team birthdays/anniversaries all on their Flock mobile app.
